Risk Management 101: A Practical Program for the Medical Office





This course is intended as a practical, hands-on guide to develop and implement a risk management program in any medical office, regardless of size or specialty. A “Forms Supplement” is included, which has samples that can be immediately applied in the practice. This course offers a maximum of 3.0 category 1 credits toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award
(Please note: CME credit for this test can only be given to our insureds)





At the conclusion of this activity physicians should be able to:

  • teach a practical, hands-on approach to identifying and limiting the medicolegal risks faced by office-based practices across all specialties.
  • provide the basic tools necessary to implement a risk management program in the office.

Each course includes a test. Completed tests are electronically submitted to MAG Mutual by using the "Submit" button at the end of the test. A passing score is 80% or above. If you achieve a passing score, a certificate of completion will be mailed to the address you will give on your test. You must use either Internet Explorer (version 3.0 or higher), or Netscape Navigator (Version 3.0 or higher) to take this test online. If you wish to take a written version of this test, please contact us. You must complete the evaluation at the end of the test before credit can be awarded. Your test form will be electronically scored and the results immediately displayed on your screen.
